Virtual Frontier has introduced the Lead a Flight program as a method for pilots to arrange flights on VATSIM with other pilots. The program itself is pretty straight forward, any Virtual Frontier pilot may suggest a flight for consideration. These flights do not have to be current Virtual Frontier routes, but may consist of a dangerous approach, a scenic destination, or a flight the pilot may be interested in flying. Once the route is selected, the pilot selects an aircraft from the Virtual Frontier hangar and the date and time of the flight, then submits the flight for review. If it is selected, all pilots will be notified of the upcoming flight so they may plan accordingly.
