I strongly encourage the submission of Lead a Flight requests, however here's what we really look for:

1. Something different - an event we've never tried before, a unique experience, something that will give controllers a hard time  Grin

2. Online Flights - Many of us here are controllers at Denver, and they'll support me on this: It is rare to see Frontier callsigns in ZDV airspace.

3. Bad Weather - It's scary, but fun Smiley Check the forecasts especially during the winter.

4. Your Flights must be to and from a destination that Virtual Frontier flys to.

5. As of 10-23-2009:  If you lead a flight and you are an Express hub Pilot, the flight MUST be with in the express hub destinations and express aircraft MUST be used

6.  Please give at least one week notice to in order to get the word out.  unless this flight is based on bad weather.

7. To request to lead a flight:   Contact the Events Coordinator at events(at)virtualfrontier(dot)org
If you have any questions contact the Events Coordinator at:  events(at)virtualfrontier(dot)org

I remember one Frontier event night where we all installed scenery for Hawaii (free) and flew around the volcanoes that were erupting... That was pretty cool... That was our first year open I think though...
