FSACARS
 
Overview

FSACARS is free software developed to emulate the real world ACARS system in Microsoft Flight Simulator. In addition to use the information to create detailed pilot reports to virtual airlines. Pilots using FSACARS can submit pilot reports directly to Virtual Frontier which contains their flight details include hours flown, allowing them to concentrate on their flight and not keeping track of additional information.

 

 
Using FSACARS with Virtual Frontier

To use FSACARS with Virtual Frontier you must first download the FSACARS v4.0.11 and install the program. Once you have installed the program, download FSACARS v4.0.15 and update the files included as specified in the instructions.

You will then need to request a configuration file for FSACARS, which contains details specific to your Pilot ID. This may be obtained from the My Account section of the website.

The next two files you need to download, updates the Airports and Aircraft for Virtual Frontier. Once downloaded, these files are placed in the main FSACARS directory overwriting the existing files.
